Payments + Policies

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50–100% of the scheduled service fee, depending on circumstances. Repeated missed appointments may result in restricted or denied future booking privileges.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA/FSA cards when applicable.

All gift cards, prepaid packages, and memberships are non-refundable once purchased.

Memberships are month-to-month and billed automatically on a recurring basis. There are no long-term contracts.

• One membership credit is issued per billing cycle.
   
• Unused credits may roll over while the membership remains active.
   
• Memberships must be canceled prior to the next billing date to avoid charges.
   
• Membership dues are non-refundable once billed.
   
• Membership credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be used for eligible services.
   

Membership pricing and benefits do not combine with promotional pricing or prepaid specials.

Prepaid packages and promotional offerings are separate from memberships.

Package sessions do not expire unless otherwise stated.

Package sessions may be shared with family members unless specified otherwise.

Promotional pricing reflects a discount and may not be combined with other offers.

Gift cards may be purchased online or in studio and redeemed toward eligible services.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards may not be applied toward membership dues unless explicitly stated.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Gift cards must be presented at the time of service.

Any inappropriate behavior, requests, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session and may result in denial of future services. Full session fees apply.

Late arrival may result in a shortened session to respect the next scheduled appointment. Full session fees apply regardless of arrival time.
