We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any client appointment cancellation or to reschedule an appointment. Please be aware that late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges between 50–100% of the scheduled service fee, depending on the specific circumstances. Additionally, repeated missed appointments may lead to restrictions or denial of future booking privileges, in accordance with our professional conduct guidelines. Payment is due at the time of service, in accordance with our therapy payment policies. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA/FSA cards when applicable. Please note that all gift cards and prepaid packages are subject to our gift card policies, and memberships cannot be refunded once purchased, as outlined in our membership terms and conditions. Additionally, we adhere to professional conduct guidelines regarding client appointment cancellation.

Memberships operate on a month-to-month basis and are billed automatically on a recurring schedule, with no long-term contracts required. Each billing cycle issues one membership credit. Unused credits may roll over as long as the membership remains active. Please note that memberships must be canceled before the next billing date to avoid any charges, in accordance with our membership terms and conditions. Additionally, membership dues are non-refundable once billed, and membership credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and can only be utilized for eligible services. It's also important to highlight that membership pricing and benefits cannot be combined with promotional pricing or prepaid specials. Prepaid packages and promotional offerings are distinct from memberships, which are governed by specific membership terms and conditions. Package sessions do not expire unless stated otherwise, providing flexibility for clients. Additionally, these package sessions may be shared with family members unless specified otherwise in our policies. Please note that promotional pricing reflects a discount and may not be combined with other offers, in accordance with our therapy payment policies. Gift cards may be purchased online or in studio and redeemed toward eligible services, in accordance with our gift card policies. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Additionally, they may not be applied toward membership dues unless explicitly stated in our membership terms and conditions. If a gift card is lost or stolen, it cannot be replaced, so please handle them with care. To ensure proper application during your visit, gift cards must be presented at the time of service, as outlined in our therapy payment policies. Please be aware of our professional conduct guidelines; any inappropriate behavior, requests, or misconduct during your session will lead to immediate termination of the appointment. This may also affect your ability to access future services, as full session fees will apply.
