Halotherapy (Salt Room)

A quiet reset for breathing, balance, and nervous system support.

What is Halotherapy?

Halotherapy is a passive wellness service that introduces micronized dry salt into the air of a controlled environment. As the salt is inhaled, it is commonly used to support airway comfort and reduce exposure to environmental irritants.

What to Expect

Halotherapy sessions take place in a private salt room reserved exclusively for your session. Pharmaceutical-grade dry salt circulates throughout the room, creating a consistent salt-infused environment. The experience is quiet, low-stimulation, and designed to allow uninterrupted time for rest.

Clients rest for the duration of the session, focusing on relaxed, natural breathing.

Select sessions may include red light exposure as a passive enhancement to support overall comfort.

Use & Scheduling

Clients commonly use halotherapy as a supportive, non-invasive wellness service during seasonal changes, periods of environmental exposure, or times of increased stress.

Because the service is passive, it is often chosen on rest days or when clients are looking for respiratory comfort and nervous system support without physical bodywork.

Halotherapy may be booked as a standalone service or added on to select massage or skin treatments when appropriate. Some clients schedule sessions occasionally, while others incorporate halotherapy more regularly as part of an ongoing wellness routine.

Sessions may be booked for one or two guests per session, based on preference.
