Silicone or glass cupping may be used to support tissue decompression, circulation, and mobility in targeted areas. Applied based on assessment and tolerance.
Instrument-assisted soft tissue techniques used to address fascial restriction and localized tension. Often incorporated into therapeutic or corrective bodywork sessions.
Application of heated and/or cooled stones to support muscle relaxation, circulation, and recovery. Used selectively based on session goals and tolerance.
Handheld percussion devices may be applied to targeted areas to support muscle relaxation and neuromuscular response.
A supportive add-on using gentle infrared warmth and low-intensity PEMF. Often used to encourage relaxation, circulation, and nervous system settling during a session or alongside halotherapy.
Red light exposure may be incorporated as a passive enhancement during select sessions to support overall comfort and relaxation.
