Studio Policies

At Fallbrook Bodyworks, we value professionalism, respect, and clear communication. These studio policies help ensure each client receives the best possible experience.

1. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge of 50–100% of the scheduled service fee, depending on circumstances. Repeated missed appointments may affect future booking privileges.

2. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards. Gift cards may not be used towards membership dues or combined with additional discounts. Gift cards, memberships, and packages may be used toward services but are non-refundable once purchased.

3. Memberships & Packages

Memberships are month-to-month with no contracts. Services and credits are transferable and may roll over if unused. Package sessions never expire and may be shared with family members.

4. Professional Conduct

Fallbrook Bodyworks provides professional therapeutic massage and skincare services only.
Any inappropriate behavior or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session and potential denial of future services.

5. Late Arrivals

Arriving late may reduce your session time to respect the next client’s appointment. Full session rates apply regardless of arrival time. Thank you for respecting these policies. They allow us to maintain a calm, professional environment for all guests.
